This role is fully remote with occasional international travel!
Salary: £27,000-£33,000
Hybrid: Fully remote, with occasional international travel
Hours: 9am-5:30pm but some flex
Benefits: 24 days holiday, pensions, fully remote, travel insurance
USP: you will be working with a brilliant team of 12 producing great global events for stakeholders in their interesting industry. Their clients are high-net-worth individuals.
Duties:
- Managing the CRM, uploading data an sending email campaigns through it
- Writing emails and communications
- Booking travel, liaising with vendors and 3rd parties
- Conducting research
- Uploading invoices/expenses
- Responding to emails, enquiries and stakeholder management
- General day-to-day administration
- Supporting the logistics/organisation of international events
About you:
- You have good events admin experience
- You are pro active and self-motivated
- You are confident, friendly and reliable
- You love working in a team but can work alone from home 5 days a week
- French/Italian/German language skills would be great but not essential
